This study, conducted at Shree M.T.K Textiles (P) Ltd – Spinning Division, examines employee perceptions regarding job satisfaction, workplace environment, and work-life balance. The objective is to identify key factors influencing satisfaction and evaluate how effectively the organization supports its employees in managing professional and personal commitments.
